Children’s Hospital Website
Usability Testing
The purpose of usability testing is to take users through a series of realistic tasks to determine whether they can successfully navigate the system as we’ve designed it. We’re interested in discovering any points of confusion, missing or superfluous information, etc.
Specifically, in this round of testing, we are examining the new information architecture, navigation, and design for Children’s Mercy Hospital’s website, in the context of patients and families.
Our goal is to find and correct any issues with design, instruction, and/or interaction while we’re still at the design stage, thereby minimizing the risk and cost associated with making changes later in the project.
