SelectCare Plus
SC+ is a CRM system that enables sales agents to contact potential leads that have shown an interest in enrolling for life insurance.
This CRM provides each sale agent the ability to record each potential lead’s contact information, policy inquiries, as well as recording any information gather during a call.
CRM Styleguide
Before the design process began, we needed to perform a brand audit to make sure the SelectCare brand was compliance with the W3C standards. The existing styleguide was previously created based on the needs of the Marketing team and print campaigns; therefore, we needed to make sure we have an updated styleguide that met the W3C standards.

Component Library
Once the audit was done, we look into creating a new component library, so the rest of the UX was able to use the same components as we were going through the design process. We also collaborated with the development team to create a reusable component library, so keep the front-end development process consistent.
SC+ Agent View
The main goal for this round of was to enhance the overall performance and allow the sales agents to be more efficient. During that process we try to improve the UI and navigation of the CRM.
During this process we designed different iterations of the CRM to try to accommodate the needs of the sales agents. We observed and interview different users to understand how the different steps of the process.
